Control the water amount and temperature easily and reliably
The hansgrohe bath thermostat Ecostat Comfort is a modern water control that is quickly and easily fitted to the existing connection (surface-mounted installation). The thermostat is made of high-gloss quality chrome, and is an optical highlight. A patented, long-lasting hansgrohe cartridge is at work on the inside. Two rotary controls keep the water amount and temperature at a constant level. This protects the user against unpleasant fluctuations when showering or filling the bath – regardless of the pressure in the domestic supply.
An automatic safety stop at 40°C protects the entire family against the water becoming too hot. Of course, the temperature stop can be set to the user's preference. The lettering on the ergonomic, easy-to-read metal wing handles is easy to read and will not rub off. A sound absorber keeps the water control quiet, while the no-return valve and dirt strainer maintain hygiene standards. Ecostat thermostats are ideal when only the thermostat is to be changed in a bathroom renovation.
In this thermostat, water is mixed generously with air (AirPower). This makes the water flow fuller and softer, with less splashing. Limescale deposits are simply removed by rubbing a finger over the flexible silicone insert (QuickClean)
